Putin claims he prefers Biden over Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stirred controversy by showing a preference for a Joe Biden presidency over former President Donald Trump, saying that Biden is a "more experienced, predictable person". The unexpected endorsement comes as Biden has been a vocal critic of Putin's leadership and policies, especially regarding Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Putin's comments, made in an on-camera interview with Russian TV, come in contrast to his previous praise of Trump as "outstanding and talented" before the 2016 US election.

This revised plan focuses on individuals with balances exceeding their original borrowings and students receiving loans from institutions of questionable quality.

The Microsoft-backed group said the new platform was currently being tested but released a few videos of what it said was already possible, with the accompanying input made to generate the video. The model could also take an existing still image and generate a video from it, the company said.
