Twitter boss Elon Musk has opened the floodgates to those who were banned under prior ownership, raising concerns about the platform's future. Twitter restored former President Donald Trump's account after nearly two years of suspension, although experts say his return is merely symbolic as Trump owns Truth Social and still "faces legal and financial obstacles."
