Flying cars part of the not-so-distant future

The age of "The Jetsons" is not so distant after the first flying car received approval for production Tuesday. After passing over 200 takeoffs and landings in 70 hours of tests compatible with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, the AirCar by Klein Vision has received a certificate of airworthiness for takeoff by the Slovak Transport Authority.

Musk's Neurolink prepares for human trials

Billionaire tech businessman Elon Musk is looking to make new strides with neurotechnology company Neuralink Corp., which wants to put a computer chip into the human brain to control devices. The company's  recent job listing for a Clinical Trial Director is perhaps the first real sign of progress towards a breakthrough of testing the device on humans.

SAT to trade pencils for computers in 2024

No more filling in circles with a No. 2 pencil. The College Board stated Tuesday that it will deliver digital versions of the SAT on a nationwide scale after being piloted last year with positive results. The new online SAT will go international in 2023 and be available in the U.S. by 2024.
