FBI identifies Texas synagogue kidnapper

The man who held four people hostage at a Texas synagogue died in the commission of what President Joe Biden called an "act of terror." He was identified by the FBI on Sunday as 44-year-old British citizen Malik Faisal Akram. The four hostages were all freed unharmed Saturday night.
